Safety Day 2024

This year's Safety Day will focus on the "Stay Alive - Practice Five" theme, emphasizing five key areas: rear-riser turns, braked turns, half-braked flares, reverse turns, and low-turn recovery, highlighting the importance of mastering these techniques for skydiving safety.

Come join us on March 9th for some free food and great conversation on what it means to be safe in our sport. With mini seminars on Gear User Precautions, General Safety on the DZ and in the Air, and the Stay Alive - Practice Five theme, amongst others, we hope to introduce some new topics and cement the old. We’ll be open for this event rain or shine, but, weather permitting, we hope to throw some loads, too. The DZ is open at 9AM as usual (weather permitting), but seminars will start at noon. We’ll see you there!
