Before Your First Jump
Program Prerequisites
We believe the best skydivers understand the why and how before attempting the what at 15,000 feet. Our prereqs help you build a sense of body awareness, altitude familiarity, and in-air confidence.
Before your first AFF jump, you must complete one of the following:

Tandem skydive within the last 12 months
Ideally at Skydive Toledo, but not necessary to meet requirement

Training tandem skydive at Skydive Toledo
Instructional tandem where the student performs specific tasks

At least 10 minutes of tunnel time at iFly Portland
Practice freefall arch and stability in a controlled environment
